Eligibility
Returns/exchanges are accepted for unopened and sealed food products within 3 days of delivery.
Initiating a Return/Exchange
Share clear images of the product along with your proof of purchase via our contact number.
Return Process
Send the product back to our warehouse. Refunds are processed within 2-3 days after inspection.
Exchange Process
Our rider delivers the replacement product while collecting the original. Delivery charges of Rs. 250 apply for exchanges.
Refund Policy
Refunds are credited to JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank accounts within 2-3 days of receiving the product.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are allowed only if the product is in stock and meets the above criteria.
- Cravly reserves the right to reject returns for opened or used food items due to hygiene concerns.
